"I liked Picasso for about a year. Then I needed a crown. They botched the crown and it kept falling off. They did not offer to fix their mistake. Now i am going to another dentist and will have to pay a couple thousand dollars to get a crown that fits properly. Additionally they told me another tooth needed a crown and another dentist told me it doesn't even need one. This place is fine if you just need your teeth cleaned but do not get a crown here."

"They were really unprofessional. They kept speaking in their language not keeping me updated on what they were doing. They gave me the run around for appointments and would schudle me on days and times they were closed. They never called back when I had a question. The person who helped the main dentist she completly missed the area that was being worked on and winded up having my mouth worked on with no novacane.i had to literally push the dentist hands out of my mouth to give me more novicane and the main dentist goes " oh she must have missed" I got stuck 8 times for 1 cavity to be fixed. Or I thought. I went to anoter dentist a few days ago and they told me Picasso didnt finish it. I said how I had 3 visits for one tooth untill they kept schudling me for days and times they were closed. I Don't recommend this place to anyone. All they are here for is the money."

"I, like most people, have a bit of fear and anxiety over going to the dentist. I recently had to have an old filling replaced and Dr. Lyou made the experience much more bearable. She is very patient and explains everything as she goes and makes sure you are comfortable. She is great!"

"Don't go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The dentist Dr. Lou did nothing for my dental pain before my extraction. She treated me as if I was seeking pain meds when I was in legitimate pain! I had to go through another dentist just to receive a stronger antibiotic for my severe infection. She even threatened to check my narcotic history with the pharmacy before sending over the pain medication! I have NEVER been treated like this with ANY dentist or doctor before. She is the one who recommended I get all 4 wisdom teeth removed, so she understands first hand how much pain I'm in and still gave me a hassle! I will NEVER return to her office or recommend it to anyone. Very unprofessional. I was totally embarrassed and actually felt bad about my pain after speaking with her. Never again!"

"Very thorough. This dentist just doesn't clean your teeth and send you on your way. I have sensitive teeth. The dentist and the tech were extremely gentle with me for my first visit and still got the job done. I have never had an experience like that. I will not go anywhere else for my dental needs."
