"Used to be an excellent practice. Now no one calls you back and all the good doctors have left. I need medication to be sent over ASAP to a pharmacy and after being told they would help me I got to call 6 hours later saying I was out of luck. In the meantime I could have pursued another option. I'll be leaving ASAP. Honestly I was sticking with the practice because of its affiliation with Jefferson but it's not worth it. The practice is so horrible"

"Cant speak for the doctors because they never call you back. Every nurse I’ve ever dealt with here was so rude & unsympathetic. I had 2 miscarriages & recently took about 30 at home pregnancy tests in the span of 10 days. for the past 6 days they are positive so I reached out to my doctor to get a blood test to make sure things progress. My tests started getting lighter so I had assumed something happened. I called to ask my doctor to call in a blood test & explained I was worried I was having a chemical pregnancy. After the blood test I had to call to get my results, said they would call me back. Not only did I get a voicemail from a nurse saying “your test is negative” but also no other explanation for the negative blood test but positive at home tests. I then called back to talk to someone because I’m confused & worried. I spoke with another nurse & after explaining what I’ve been through (they should already know my history before talking to me) she was extremely dismissive & said “your tests are wrong you’re not pregnant”. Today I woke up & took another at home test that was faintly positive so I messaged them on my chart along with photos & wondering if they could give me any explanation as to why my at home tests would be positive. Shortly after I got another voicemail that says “your test is negative”. I feel like I’m being dismissed by them & they just don’t have the time to deal with me. I will be contacting the hospital itself & filing a complaint. I should not be confused or dismissed when it comes to something like this."

"I waited 40 minutes in the exam room, before the doctor entered the room. She spent about three minutes total including the exam and doing paperwork. The medical technician was not very friendly. The exam room was very dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The floors were filthy. The office staff wouldn’t validate the parking ticket."

"Terrible experience. I recently have been trying to get an appointment at their office because I am high risk and in my first trimester. I wanted of hold for almost an hour to get an appointment the first time and after explaining I was having some complications and high risk and needed to be seen urgently they gave me an appoint for a month away and a telehealth appointment for later that week. When i tried to log into the telehealth I was unable to get on and had to call the office and IT and still no help. I was then told I missed my appointment even though I was on the phone with them trying to figure out how to access the call 20 mins prior to my visit and was told I needed to reschedule for another day. Terrible service and will be looking for another OBGYN which is a shame because I went to them with my son 8 years ago."

"Fine for ob care, but terrible for maternity. Calling for appointments can take 10 - 30 minutes in wait times. Staff is inconsistent, not friendly and their policies are a time waste. When I called to schedule my first trimester us, they were so booked it couldn't happen until my second trimester. This appointment also took two days to book because they initially gave me an incorrect script and with multiple call backs it took forever to actually get it scheduled. They are also changing to a labor model at the hospital which means there's a solid chance someone outside the practice will deliver your baby. This is my second pregnancy and with my first I was with Penn because of where I lived. It was much smoother for everything. I'm hoping to find a different practice and hospital to deliver with."
