"I’ve never left a review before but my wife is pregnant we both work so we had to get a later appointment they told her to be there a half hour early we waited for an hour and a half before she got called I went to the desk to ask a question and I was completely ignored by staff with headphones in they took 2 people with later appointments then my wife before her and we went to called about test results they had no idea who she was like how ?"

"Friendly staff, very little wait time, phenomenal doctor. When seeing your lady doctor you want to be treated like family and valued in ways that you can feel like your time. From encounters on the phone to face to face this care team collective does it right! Dr. Mahlab and team will be with my family for generations."

"Had a Paragaurd IUD placed today and did not have a comforting experience at all. First, I messaged my doctor weeks prior with a few questions that could only be answered by my Doctor and never got a response. As a teenager, all I felt was judgement. As I sat in the room and waited for my doctor with my gown on, I heard MULTIPLE nurses discussing about how painful IUD placement was right outside my door which clearly made me extremely distraught. Post IUD placement, the doctor did not instruct me how to take care of myself whatsoever and left the room 5 seconds after- while I was still catching my breath and left me unable to get any answers to my questions. She then said “you can lay there for a few minutes” and I never saw her again. I have heard that other facilities go through each tool they will use personally with the patient and go through the procedure step by step; however, I was just left to be surprised. Will not be going back to this location and strongly advice others to find a more comforting atmosphere."

"After close to 30 years I will be finding another practice. They don’t call you back, they lose things, they don’t care. Not sure if anyone passes your requests on to the doctor, I would hope so, but it seems they do not since you don’t get a call back even for urgent requests. They don’t seem to know anything about you, even though you have been a long time patient. I know they say they are changing systems, but you can’t use that excuse. Show some concern for your patients."

"I’ve had multiple negative experiences with this office. If you call and leave a voicemail, it takes multiple days to receive a response. I encountered this issue personally, my pharmacy also ran into issues with getting in touch with the office. The pharmacy was unable to get a hold of the office to refill a prescription. It took 6 days to get in touch with the office, and then they called it into the wrong pharmacy. This happened to me twice! Another time, I called to ask for information about Zika and pregnancy and was belittled by the nurse for inquiring about the issue. I do not recommend, and I will be switching my Obgyn."
