"“Real” GOLD I have been buying from this place from years. I have bought things from each location ( Hermitage, Eastwood, Southern ) mall. I recently went in to ask for real gold nose rings, the lady in Hermitage showed me the “real gold nose rings “ I asked her a million times were these real gold because that is all I can wear. She insisted that the nose rings were REAL. I paid about $60-$85 for a corkscrew. A month later, the gold starts to tarnish. I went back up to the mall and acted as if I wanted to buy a real gold nose ring and she pointed me into the same direction. I said are these real gold, she insisted they were. So I pulled my nose ring out and I said well I bought this here and it is starting to tarnish. She states it is real etc and goes on etc… then she states maybe be the location it is starting to tarnish… I show her another ring I received from another gold jeweler and said this ring has been in for years and it has NEVER tarnished. She then states it may be mixed with other things and it is not AUTHENTIC REAL GOLD. So you sold me something that I did not ask for and LIED about it…. Real gold does not tarnish. And I take very good care of my jewelry and make sure it is cleaned. I will never shop there again. I do not trust their jewelry."
