"100% if you want actual extensions that are high quality, DO NOT COME TO THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS. I got eyelashes for the first time and did everything she had told me as obviously I wanted them to last! First off, she only took barely an hour to apply them. That should’ve been my first red flag. Secondly, after 4 days, basically all the lashes were GONE. If you know anything about lash extensions, it should take AT LEAST 2 hours to apply, and last AT LEAST 2-3 weeks. Once I contacted her, all she wanted to offer me was another free pair of lashes or a gift certificate. Obviously I wouldn’t want her to redo them as they turned out horrid the first time. So rightfully so, I asked for a refund. She then goes on to tell me she has a no refund policy. But the funny thing is, NO WHERE in her Policies page on Instagram is that listed. It’s not until AFTER THE FACT that she goes and adds it into her policies section. Also, she is purposely ignoring my messages and only responds if I contact the salon owner. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. McDonald’s has given me better service which is so sad! She finally gave me half of my money back, but it’s still not right. I had to fight and argue for 2 days now to even get half of my money back. She will quite literally scam you."
