"Terrible service. I walked in and no one greeted me or said hello. I waited at the desk and no one came over to wait on me. I wanted a gel nail manicure. New Dawn was a horrible experience. Online it said they opened at 9am. That was a lie. I waited a whole hour and never got waited on."
