"Very disappointing, about the whole thing. First, no one answers the phone, must be somebody's cell phone number, 2nd, I had to get in my car to see if someone was actually at this place, 3rd, open the door to the shop & music was blasting so loud, no one heard the bell jingling when the door opened, 4th, I said, hello, hello, no one came around to help me because they all never heard me. 5th, I walked out the door back to my car to grab my purse & came back in again & then finally a girl came out to see what I wanted, I told her the sign said walk-ins for eyebrows and it's already around 3oclock PM. She said, come back tomorrow around 4pm, they might be able to help you. But I said I already had called & left my name & number & not one person got back with me. FORGET this place, I'm going somewhere else. Bad Business, I'm telling all my friends not to go here."
