"I come here often! But, after today. Never again! Jimmy John's would never! I live very close to this place. Look how my sandwich looks. Super soggy & sloppy! After trying to pick up my sub, it just fell apart! I asked for extra lettuces and cucumbers. Didn't get that. Just a sloppy sandwich! This has never happened here! The cashier was super weird and lied stating I couldn't give him my phone number for my rewards. He stated I had to submit my receipt on the app. But, he took the couple that was behind me number!"
"I can't say this place is any better than, say Subway or any other local sub shop. I don't know who they are fooling with the pics on their website. Trust me, your actual food will look & taste nothing like the sandwiches on their website. The vibe is cute but again nothing special. The parking stinks but there is parking in front of other stores in the shopping center. The service is abysmal. It takes FOREVER to get your underwhelming food. To the point, they recommend ordering ahead. Ridiculous, it's a sub sandwich, not a huge meal. Make your own sandwich it will taste better & cost less!"
