"I called to order propane on privately owned tanks and I was required to show paperwork proving I own the tanks, I own the house, what’s more proof, the tanks were installed three owners ago, paperwork lost ages ago and I’m supposed to supply proof of owning the tanks. I called town and country, they are coming out in two days, proof of private ownership is on the tanks. They were also very nice too, deltas lady was snappy."

"So I don't typically write reviews, but when I come across a bad review that was because of someones unrealistic expectations of what a business should be held accountable for I feel the need to vindicate the company. I have had Delta Gas as my 1 & only LP Gas supplier for over 27 years. Delta Gas has always kept my tank from running out, even through all the weird weather patterns & temperatures we have experienced over that length of time. The few times I needed them for installing a direct line to a new gas grill or other maintenance issues over those 27 years has always been professional & timely ( you must realize they have hundreds of customers & not just you & your problem ). The lady who somehow knows how long her relatives gas grill & furnace was leaking, but did nothing in those years somehow expects the gas company to know & do something about it. As a business owner myself, I wish I had told more past irrational customers to go elsewhere too. He probably had the insight that she would be such a future burden on the company & that she would take valuable time from the company & affecting the service to customers with normal expectations. "I have been with Delta Gas for many years and their service has always been excellent. They supply me with my propane at a very competitive price. They did an excellent job of installation of all my equipment. Recently my gas fireplace pilot assembly failed after many years of service. When I called they placed me on the service call list and promised to get to me as soon as possible. They arrived the next day and completed repairs and I was back in service. Great job and excellent customer focus. Very friendly workers as well."
