"We bought a platinum diamond ring less than 4 months ago. Was only worn on special occasions. This morning my wife noticed the the middle section diamond and housing was missing. We went back to the store to show them the ring. They inspected the ring and said the stem to the housing broke. They said the warranty does not cover the replacement of the missing pieces. It was clearly a quality control as we have done nothing to damage the ring. I do NOT recommend doing any type of business with this jeweler. Then the manager suggested to get insurance on it and submit a claim later. fraudulent?"

"My visit to this jewelry store was a nightmare. They failed to inform me about their no-return policy before my purchase, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. When I reached out for assistance, they displayed indifference and prioritized money over their customers' concerns. The staff's dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were appalling. I strongly advise avoiding this store and finding one that values its customers and provides transparent policies."

"Buyers be aware of Grand and Elite Jewels Jewelry stores at Columbia Mall Md. Theses stores are horrible! The workers have no customer service skills or work ethic. I think they enjoy saying no to customers. They can’t even get a resize your item or refund even though it’s not the right item. We have been back and forth just to get a simple gold ring. You have more choice of Jewelry stores in this mall. I strongly advise you to avoid these stores. I just submitted my official complaint latter to Better Business Bureau."

He replied fast and was super helpful sent me many videos and pictures before I decided what to ultimately buy. Went to the store and customer service was great and the piece came out beautiful! "I brought an heirloom ring here to be repaired, as the prongs on gemstone had all worn off and the band was in serious risk of snapping. They did amazing work for what I consider to be a fair price, and went above and beyond when replacing the band - they matched the new one quite well to the fairly intricate metalwork of the setting whereas the original band had been plain. Customer service was swift and direct, which is just how I like it. No one tried to upsell me on anything or flatter me into spending more, and the gentleman who explained the work that needed to be done did so in a way that was easy to understand and he took my concerns about preserving the integrity of the ring seriously. If I ever have another piece that's in need of such serious repairs, this will be my first stop."
