"We took a few family heirloom diamond rings to Patrick for appraisal and sizing. He did a preliminary check of them to see which was worth appraising, then gave us a reasonable quote to appraise three and size the 2 that I needed adjusted. He told us to expect them to be ready the following week. My husband surprised me on Saturday of that same week when he came home with them. They all fit perfectly and it made me very emotional to be able to wear them after all these years. Patrick did an amazing job and turned them around much faster than expected.
