"I brought my nervous 8 year old daughter here for her 2nd ear piercing. Brittany was so calming and helpful and did a great job! She was very thorough in cleaning the area, making sure the 2nd piercing was in the right spot and giving tips to my daughter to help her through the process:). Thanks!!"

"SO HAPPY!!!! Brittney is amazing. Went to get my ears pierced for the first time in 10 years! I was nervous and fidgeting like crazy but Brittney was sooo sweet and made me feel way less freaked out. And she made the piercings look great even though I was flinching! 10/10 recommend!!!! :)"

"I had an appointment at Claire's when I stumbled into this store randomly while trying to kill time until my Claire's piercing appointment. That's when I realizes Lovisa also does piercings and i much much preferred their piercing selection and the overall more mature and sophisticated vibe of the store. I had a wonderful experience here getting my 3rd earlobe piercing. The staff member was alone at first, managing the store and piercings all by herself and she did it very competently and in a friendly way. Then when the other store attendant arrived, they worked well together and served everyone promptly. Also they took my feedback seriously when I asked them to slightly to adjust the placement of the pen mark where the hole would be. Overall i highly recommend getting your ears pierced here instead of Claire's and I'll be bringing my daughter here when she's old enough."

"if i could give the store a zero star I would unfortunately I cannot… The customer service is absolutely absurd and very negligent they lack professionalism and any sort of attention to customer or details. I understand when someone is understaffed as I have worked in retail myself however when there is five girls trying to get piercings done the logical thing would be to take a break between them and check out your customers which there was only two. The lack of understanding the Sales associate Briana showed was absolutely astonishing. she closed the store early and on top of that during her shift she was on the phone talking to someone. Management needs to be more diligent while hiring people and IF they don’t want negative reviews."

"This store is beautiful, however it was very clear that the Black sales associates ONLY seemed to ask or care to help White customers…Who didn’t even purchase anything? And I came in, a Black woman, with money-actually told by a friend to visit your store and there to buy a gift for someone. But I was completely ignored. In fact I had to ask her about your sale just to see what she would do. And again, this girl acted as if it was pointless for her to explain or speak to me and my two mixed raced children. I don’t think that should have been an issue-after all-all your sales associates were of lighter complexion. Despite this treatment I still decided to buy jewelry but had to actually wave someone over to check me out? Be sure to train your employees going forward to assist and respect ALL of your customers. Money has no color but green. This experience was disgusting."
