"Trash service! Absolutely horrible! I complained to the manger and she was trash as well so I see why her team is trash. It starts with the head and trickles down. It’s takes all of a smile to make people feel welcome. Had I had an alternative I wouldn’t have given them any of my money. It wasn’t the name that needed to change it was and still is the personnel. It’s Christmas and NO ONE had any holiday cheer. Dry dry dry"
"Stopped by today to find a new nose ring, and Cat was just fantastic. She went through all of the various sizes, and styles. Answering all of my questions and swapping rings every few minutes. She really went above and beyond to assist me in finding the best piece. I LOVE the piece that we finished on and really like the warranty plan, especially as i purchased a clicker ring."
"Just went there to do a warranty exchange and the manager with purple hair was very rude and unprofessional. She said “I can’t help you, I’m doing something right now.” I asked when do you think you will be finished? She then said “The more you talk to me, the longer I’m going to take.” This place needs new management or should be shut down. She made this company look absolutely disgusting. I shopped with Piercing Pagoda for over 5 years and this never happened. This is my last straw with them I am absolutely done spending my money here."
