I brought our family's 2009 Saab in for a code check after finding out that our regular mechanic had neglected to do some crucial regular maintenance... for years. Ben, Jason and Mark explained everything they were doing and made sure that both my mother and I understood it. Then they proceeded to save the transmission (and essentially the car). I am clueless about vehicles, but a couple mechanic friends have told me Ben's doing exactly the right thing. I couldn't be happier to have found this place. The whole team is clearly dedicated to customer service. They're so polite, friendly and patient. Their diagnostic process is impressively thorough, too. I've never seen anything like it at any other garage. Jason showed me pictures of numerous important parts of the car and told me exactly what to expect in the near future and what I'd have to do to prepare for a long trip. They treated me like I was spending serious cash there despite this not being a big money maker for them. Awesome workers and just all around incredibly nice dudes. You can tell they really care about their job and their customers."

"These guys can fix ANYTHING! I brought my car here after 2 master mechanics looked at it and told me I needed a clutch replacement. My clutch only has 4k miles on it. Exedy twin disk. I also had no signs of wear. No slipping or lockout while driving. Needless to say, I go to start my car one day and can't get into ANY gear. 2 shops later and the mechanic Tim noticed that I had a wire connector/harness that was getting lodged and preventing my shifter linkage from moving. It took him 5 minutes to see this issue. Thank goodness I am able to return this clutch I bought preemptively! Thanks Tim and the team I will be back!"
