"I have been using them for a few years now. For the most part it's super easy and convenient. I love not having to go to a brick and mortar store. However the past few experiences has me searching for a new clothier. They got several orders incorrect. Wrong shirts were ordered or items dont fit b/c of the way they were put together, etc. I even had re-do's come back with the same issue or even new ones like size. They take your measurements at the beginning and along the way and they still got it wrong. Not sure if it's there issue or the factory but at the end of the day they are responsible for their products. I would go elsewhere when looking for a clothier. The individuals involved are nice guys but the end product leaves you wondering why you went with them."
