"The old lady manager. Was very unprofessional if I don't want an item and it was not on sale I told her to take it off.she give me so much attitude. She made it seem like I told her that customer are always right and I never said no such thing because I know that's not true . Why act like that if I do not want it and go back in forth with a customer if the customer ask for you to take the 2 items off. That's just crazy to me. To act like that. "I went in and found some affordable cute summer dresses. I had selected about 5 dresses when I went to ask if I could use the fitting room and try them on the employee said their fitting room was not available and that I could purchase it and return it with full refund. I ended up not buying anything! They lost me as a customer at that point. Many customers physically go to stores to try on the items and make sure it fits right before they make the purchase. If I didn't want to try them on I would have just ordered online and not gone in to the store. Making another trip to return all the items if they didn't fit is not beneficial. With the amount of clothing selection they have and not having an available fitting room just doesn't seem logical. Not sure if I'll be back!"
"I love this rainbow location, Customer service is good. Fitting rooms; proper for use. There is enough parking. I love how in this location the store as a whole looks clean and compacted with all sizes needed for shopping. Manger is very nice and helpful. I saw how the retail associates where helpful and actually organizing the merchandise. It was pretty refreshing. As talking about products. I love it!, prices are amazing."
