"I went to exchange a pair of sneakers which they didn’t have in my size so I go to the register for help. I asked one guy where can I find the shoe he sent me to the wrong aisle then I goes back to the same guy asked if there was any help on the floor. I said I couldn’t reach the boxes on the shelf he help me get the right shoe went to check out he exchanged the sneakers but charged me regular price which I paid a different price online. I asked him why you charging me this price when I paid a lower price online he said oh I can give you an store gift card I told him you should’ve did that in the beginning. So leaving the store he left the alarm on the shoes to cause the alarm to go off poor poor service the guy doesn’t even smile just a blank stare sad RACK-ROOM SHOES GET BETTER EMPLOYEES"

"Many choices. Stylish & trendy. However, over priced for plastic shoes. I looked at several shoes for " genuine leather" or waterproof. But, all seem to be pleather! When 3 employees passed me searching for shoes, none offered assistance."
