"Nichole is the BEST. I came in the store as a new runner looking to get my first pair of running shoes. She assessed the arch of my foot and watched me walk to look for pronation. She brought out a variety of options for me to choose from and was super patient while I walked around the store in order to choose the right shoes for me. Once I chose the shoe I wanted, she brought out all of the color options. She explained pronation and all of the features of every shoe I tried. Her knowledge blew me away! Overall, I had a fantastic experience. Nichole is so knowledgeable and friendly and made my experience absolutely perfect. Whenever I get my next pair, I will definitely come back!"

"I'm only buying my shoes from Pacers from now on! I've been to other running stores and Pacers knows what they're doing! They take time asking questions and listening to you when getting fitted for shoes. Don't push anything on you and don't rush even when you're feeling indecisive which is always appreciated! "I usually buy shoes online and stick to the same model/brand… however recent reviews talked about the new Brooks Adrenaline’s being wide which I knew wouldn’t work. I went into Pacers Alexandria and received the best service and a new pair of shoes I love!!! The person who greeted me asked me several questions about running and injuries, took a video of me walking, and brought out 3 pairs of shoes. One felt like the most amazing hug of my foot — especially when he added inserts. Since I bought these shoes two weeks ago, the bruises on the top of my foot went away. Turns out my previous shoes were too wide so I was tightening them extra to make them fit. Thanks to the help at Pacers I tried a new brand of shoes that feel like a much better choice for me! Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the male employee who helped me but he was great. Thanks Pacers! I’m sold on coming in person!"

"I got fitted for a pair of running shoes at this Pacers location. The lady who helped me was very patient, explained everything in detail, and gave me lots of options. Since the color I wanted for the shoes we picked out was not in stock, the store manager went above and beyond to look for a way to order it for me. The employees are super kind and helpful, and made me feel welcomed since I’m new to running. I will definitely come back for new running gears!"
