"It was ok I got a pair of leggings and would have got more but the staff are a little to chatty and they hover over you the whole time and when I went to go check out the guy asked "is that 1 item all your getting" and it made me feel judged for only getting 1 thing that was $98 they also didn't have that big of a selection of clothes."

"Went in to pickup an online order and the store just smelt like a septic tank. Super gross."

"I want to give a shout out to Liz, Victor and a Black female clerk with short hair who was wearing a camo jacket for their exceptional service (especially Liz and the woman). I ordered a backpack online and picked up on my lunch break. Parking was blocked off in front of the store due to reserved parking by the city. Liz greeted me promptly and had my backpack in seconds, even though the store was very busy for a workday and she and the other main clerk (Black female clerk with short hair wearing a camo jacket) were busy helping other customers. I was in a hurry to get back to work. I did not notice the sensor went off when I left the store. The female clerk and her colleague, Liz, tried to chase me down the sidewalk to get my attention, but I was in a rush. Liz called me and left a message before I got to far so that I would not realize I had the sensor still on when I got home. When I called the store, Victor promptly answered and was incredibly courteous and helpful, telling me that I could go to any store if it was not convenient to come bac to Old Town. Since I live on King Street, I came back. The unnamed female clerk promptly greeted me, explained how she tried to get my attention with Liz and follow me out the store and removed the sensor tag. She was so helpful and friendly. Five stars for customer service and professionalism! I know shoplifting and petty theft at the stores in my neighborhood is rampant from small business owners, so I really appreciate the extra steps the staff at this store took to help me and make sure I did not get home and have a sensor."

"Lululemon staff is the best I have seen. My wife was looking for a specific item. The lady help my wife track down the item that was on the mannequin. Very helpful and friendly!"

"The team here is always very friendly, but for all the dudes out there, Sebastian is on point for the men's apparel and has a great sense of humor. He's also a pusher.....handing out biscuits to dogs that is. Sebastian figured that if he can win my dog over, my pup will always take a hard left into the front doors to force me to shop. I applaud Sebastian for this particular sales tactic and thinking outside of the box, ha ha."
