"The location, in the heart of Old Town, is great for someone like me who uses public transportation. I can have lunch at a great restaurant, enjoy the Torpedo Factory, browse in the thrift shops, sit and look out at the water, and then shop at Ross for clothing, housewares, spices, or any number of things I didn't realize I needed. Then easy access to a bus or Metro to head for home with my purchases."
"I will say this is a unique ross- Street parking “paid” The store is small to other locations- however they do have good finds inside, found a bunch of big and tall tees under $7 each! The jewelry was sorta plain and basic house goods were decent, no furniture- worth visiting."
