"I just received my order of masks and apparel. 5-star presentation with all materials packaged neatly and well made. I really like the monogrammed reusable bag and truly appreciate the handwritten note, also. This is my 1st purchase but not my last. ***I am changing my ratings because of poor customer service experiences. The products I have purchased are awesome, but the time it takes for staff responses has been getting worse. I am waiting for an average of 3.5 days for a response. This average includes an email that is 7 days old today for the status of an order I placed on 3 May21 that has not shipped.*** ***Still having communication issues with this company. Asked for refund via email in Nov 2022, no response. Requested again in Dec 2022, no response. The order date is Mar 2021 but this company has not shipped yet. Still love all the orders I have received. My recent order from Dec 2022 was shipped promptly, and I appreciate that, but the poor response to emails is unacceptable.***"

"Ordered the M1’s for my wife as a Mothers Day gift last year. Nearly a year later, I finally received them. I will say that I had no confidence that I was ever going to receive the product that I paid for. After multiple inquiries about the order status and not receiving any information that would give me confidence, I had basically written it off as a lesson learned. I was frustrated and angry with the situation and had basically given up hope. Then, out of nowhere, I received an email saying that a shipping label had been created and within the week…I had the product. SHOCKED!!! I received my order and my wife absolutely loves the shoes and says they are extremely comfortable. I’m giving 3 stars and that’s hard to do after what I went through but they actually came through and the quality it awesome. Had I received the order within a reasonable amount of time and/or their customer support was better…I’d have given the 5 stars. If anyone reading this hasn’t received an order and is frustrated, thinking they’ve been duped, stay patient and keep the faith…they’re legitimate and it’s not a scam."

"Great sneaker company, terrific designs and colors. Very comfortable fit and the shipping was pretty fast. Mine arrived in about a week. Also the customer service is responsive. I emailed about sizing and got timely response. All around gem of a company, will drop New Balance for RockDeep."

"During purchase number 1 I ordered the sneakers, a pair of sweatpants, and a long sleeved t-shirt. I received 2 out of 3 items quickly and loved both of them. Shortly later, I saw one of their posts on Facebook that was showing new t-shirts. I went on and got a second pair of sweatpants, two t-shirts (that you can see in the picture), and something else (more on this later). From the time I placed the order until the time I received the second order, it was probably less than 2 weeks. In each order they ended up being out of stock on an item. For the second order, they refunded me without me having to do anything. They hadn't done that on the first order, so I sent an email asking if they would be getting more in stock. They replied in less than a day, apologizing, and immediately issuing a refund. Now, for the products themselves. I LOVE everything I got. I've used the sneakers 3 times (twice outside, once on a treadmill) and they are comfortable to run in. They're a fun design, too, so I look forward to wearing them. The clothes are all comfortable and relaxing. I absolutely recommend this company. Give them a like - they're posting a lot of new gear that they have coming out and some stuff is selling quickly. And you can know that you are supporting a Black-owned business rather than some major company that doesn't care about their employees."
