"I was shopping last week for some presents for my friend and I overheard what appeared to be the store manager (blonde, white ) saying some abhorrent language about a coworker??? Needless to say I spent my money somewhere else!!!"

"Wide variety of clothing, accessories, and gift items. I like most things they have in stock, but it’s a little expensive if there isn’t a sale. They have good deals depending on what promotions they have, though. They have a ton of jewelry for every day or events. There are a few bridal items, too."

"Great customer service is rare nowadays so when I experience such service, I want to make sure other people know as well. After checking out several stores at the mall and not finding what I am looking for, I decided to check out Francesca’s. As I tried on an outfit, the associate asked me to let her know if I need help with the sizing/clothes, I usually don’t ask for help but the way she said it came out genuine so I did end up asking for help in the end. The associate, Elizabeth (name on my receipt, sorry I forgot to ask your name so I hope I am writing the right name), helped me out in sizing that I was indecisive about. After realizing that I didn’t like the top but love the bottom, she helped me try on outfits that are the same color that I am loikinh for plus it goes with the type event I am attending. The whole experience made my shopping effortless and so much more fun! If you’re reading this Elizabeth, thank you so much! Btw, just in case the receipt has the wrong name, the associate that helped me was the one working there at around 6 pm yesterday."

"I love this store and the selection is has. I live in the area, so I visit this store often. I went in today (maybe my third time visiting?) and each time I come in it feels like a judgmental environment. I’m really not one to complain and love this store, but it’s disappointing to feel so uncomfortable shopping. Specifically, when I tried to make convo with the cashier she was blatantly silent. Just hope this is taken into consideration because I would love to keep shopping without having to be on edge."

"The way they harass their customers asking them a million questions while they’re browsing is ridiculous... it happens every time i go in. Sometimes from multiple employees in like a 2min period. If you say hi and it doesn’t seem like the person wants to talk, stop asking them meaningless questions such as, “what’s your name?” Their stuff is cute and reasonably priced but after today I’ll never go in there again."
