"I felt very profiled either from the way I looked or mine and my partners age. From the moment we walked in, it felt extremely awkward, and as if we weren’t meant to be there. The two employees stared at us, like hawks from the moment we walked in. Once we tried to walk to the back of the store, we were told to hand our bags over. She tried taking our personal bags as well but when we explained they were personal, she let us have them back. My partner noticed that other people had their bags but we didn’t. Not only was this already extremely awkward, there was another employee who followed me around the entire store, right behind me making sure I guess that I wasn’t stealing anything. Im a hardworking and honest individual who was simply shopping with my husband and 1 year old. The one woman would not leave me alone with suggestions so I just had to walk away from my shopping and I essentially had to pay, get my bags and run out. Very strange environment and not at all welcoming…"
"3 ppl standing around all on their phones not offered any help but as soon as we went to the dressing room with more than 2 items a lady comes around telling us we can't have more than 2 items no customers service at all"
"When I went to Stormy, I seen an exceptional variety of shoes. I’m very indecisive, and immediately it was a guy working there and he help me with everything as well as being patient with me. Eventually, the guy ended up picking out a show for me and it was perfect. Eye catching, sexy and everything u want in a open toe heel, Elegance."
