Palisades of Towson

"Been living at the Palisades since May 2022. The location and amenities were the sole reason I decided to make this my home. NOW, I feel my life has been flipped upside down with the discovery of black mold all throughout the ventilation system. For the property management to know about this mold and not notify the tenants is baffling. Had I known what I know now, I would've never moved to the Palisades of Towson."

"I’ve worked with MsEvelyn and MsTisa through my application process, and I must say they are both very very lovely to work with. The communication throughout the process was amazing, and MsTisa’s dedication to getting my application through as quickly as possible (with having the holiday slowing everything down) went above and beyond my expectations. She told me to trust her and give her a shot so I did, and she delivered! I am excited to now be apart of the palisades community. I have been here for a week, today is my birthday and it’s a very quiet building which is making this day very peaceful for me. All of the staff here have been lovely so far, they made my move in super easy and quick. Looking forward to my stay here"

"Please do not make the mistake of moving to this apartment complex. The lobby looks beautiful and clean but the apartments are in an extremely bad shape. The building has electric issues that has caused the fuse to trip in our living room twice in less than a week. The lights keep flickering making me extremely nervous about my other electric appliances. That is just one of the issues I have faced in just the first week of moving here and already regretting my decision big time. There are so many better apt complexes available in towson. Would not recommend this place to any one."

"We have lived here over the past 5 years, we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here and although there have been minor inconvenience at times, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with apartment living. Brandon, the property manager has gone above and beyond numerous times to assist us throughout our years here. This a quality community. The maintenance staff are superb. Everyone on the team is extremely attentive to any needs that arise. We moved out because we bought a house, but we would say that the Palisades is a top notch apartment option for those looking to rent."

"I moved to Towson for a career opportunity during the summer of 2021, moving to a new area is stressful. When I moved to the Palisades of Towson it felt like I was coming home. In the heart of downtown Towson area, the staff are exceptionally friendly, supportive, and responsive to maintenance requests. The Palisades goes above and beyond any apartment building I’ve lived in before by having discounted vendors, meet and greets with the neighbors, yoga classes, a gym, a pool etc. The building is exceptionally clean yes, it is pricey, but this building provides you the biggest bang for your buck. The only improvement since being a resident here has been the pool hours have been inconsistent to what the hours say in the residential common areas. I would recommend living in this building to anyone and I’m looking forward to renewing my current lease."
