"Lived here for a few years in college. My apartment was not in the best of shape. And whenever someone moved out they would renovate the entire apartment, while for me it seemed impossible to get a new dishwasher. And i was on the list to get a washing machine in the apartment for years. The wiring is still there it was never installed. Maintenance dudes will look inside your apartment while working on the porch. Very creepy. Until the last day i left there was a pipe explosion in my room that was never fully fixed. The ac unit would pump in some extremely bad smells. What smelled like urine one time. I had to leave. Huge hole in my wall for months. All in all good memories"
"Lots of rowdy students. Office doesn't help much. They always keep the security deposit."
