"I wish I could give 0 star I strongly advise people against renting here. The old wood flooring is noisy, the leasing office staff is rude, and despite numerous noise complaints, no serious action has been taken. Additionally, the mailbox lobby area often smells of marijuana."

"A hidden gem just outside of Towson. Well kept and well maintained apartments. The only issue with my apartment is the traffic noise from the Beltway. It's mostly not an issue but the occasional noise from a motorcycle or large truck can be a little annoying. A noise barrier needs to be built at the part of the Beltway that the complex is near. But aside from that, I'm very happy here."
"I have been living here going on two years and I love it a bit pricey but it is quiet any time I have any issues I put a ticket in and maintenance comes quick. My children are comfortable outside is always clean, I have no issues with my neighbors. The school is amazing walking distance."
"It was a nice place at the beginning, and then things just started falling apart. Not sure if it was because of the people who lived there before, or just maintenances fault, but it got annoying having to fix things by myself. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything from every apartment so it was always very loud. I do like how spacious the apartment is, and i love the updated appliances. Some staff were friendly others were very rude and unprofessional."
