"I usually don’t leave reviews but David Mathew did a phenomenal job in showing me the property ! Very professional and great conversationalist! David answered all of my questions and concerns. He was very tentative when showing me around the amenities and giving more info on this property. Anyone coming here should definitely ask for David! He’s does an outstanding job in showing the property and providing great hospitality."

"This apartment complex was the worst experience my partner and I have ever experienced. They make it flashy and nice during the tour, but that’s all that’s good. The staff is consistently changing, and they are consistently out of sync with each other. Dust, dirt, and bugs came through my vents. Maintenance is extremely lazy. I had to really push for him to check if something is wrong even though he swore nothing was wrong. My HVAC filter was a dark brown, almost black. The floor kept cracking and maintenance always closed tickets without finishing any work. It could also take months to get anything done. This place also ask their friends to write random 5 star reviews. They will say it’s because the tour was nice but never actually lived here. They claim they have the latest fitness center and that’s a lie too. PLEASE DO NOT LEASE HERE! Also they take forever to give you your security check back as well."

"Lived here for a year in 2022. Apartments seemed spacious and affordable at first (rent went up $100/month at renewal time). Red flags popped up early on: The leasing agent never returning emails, the management office constantly calling me asking if my AC worked yet.. my application for the unit wasn’t even accepted yet. Very disorganized on their end. Trouble began right away after moving in: realized the “renovations” were sloppy and needed follow-up. Vinyl flooring was uneven and cracking (there was a hole in the floor already), baseboards falling off in the kitchen & bathroom, uneven flooring led to gaps beneath baseboards = bug hideouts, window screens bent, HVAC closet filled with cigarette butts & beer cans from previous tenant, vents constantly dumped dust/bugs/debris into the unit, exterior lights were always out and never fixed, holes in the laundry room walls. The list goes on. The issues were pointed out to the leasing office right away, who said to submit work orders. All the issues would have been easy to quickly resolve except that the work orders kept getting closed out or ignored entirely. Repeated emails and visits to the office to have someone check out the work orders resulted in nothing. It took 4 months for someone to finally come out and address the issues. And 8 months for the hole in the floor to be fixed (which had a sharp/jagged edge that scraped bare feet). Even the contractors who fixed the floor mentioned that the apartment was cheaply done. The work order system is horrible and some of the maintenance guys are nice but others are questionable. One said it was normal for the vents to dump debris into your apartment, only to find the air filter was black/gray after pressing him to actually do something. One time the shower faucet broke off and would not stop spewing water. The office employee seemed pissed he had to get off his Facetime call and unlock the door (it wasn’t even 5pm yet). Even then, the emergency number he gave didn’t pick up and had a full voice mailbox, so I had to go back a second time to speak with him. Unorganized and unhelpful. Worst part – there are ALWAYS cockroaches. They come from beneath the fridge & stove and worse, they come up from under the carpet in the bedroom and crawl on the walls. Pest control was lazy and didn’t get to the root of the problem. Did not have a rodent problem at least. Did hear scratching in the bedroom walls though. The tower lobby and complex overall look nice at first, with the pool, dog park, and playground. The gym however is subpar. You still have to pay a $500 amenity fee whether you use anything or not. Plenty of parking, each unit gets a free parking pass. Sometimes housekeeping crews will keep the stairwells & entrances clean, but not always. Aside from rent, you are required to pay $30/month to throw trash into the dumpsters. Trash fee used to be for a valet system but that program ended and management still collects that extra money. Management is all over the place. High turnover and very unreliable. Poor communication. They tried charging me full month’s worth of rent despite moving out in middle of month. They also sent maintenance to my unit a month early to clean it out while I was still living there with. Again, very disorganized. They also violated the lease by returning my security deposit 30 days past the 45 day due date, and even lost the first check in the mail. 1 out of 5 stars. Would NOT recommend living at TTP. It has been a very frustrating and anxiety-inducing year living here. I would be wary of the five star reviews here that seem to be pushed by leasing agents after new tenants sign a lease. At the time of this review, Hirschfeld Properties was the property management company overseeing the complex."

"This is absolutely the WORST apartment complex ever!!! I am so disgusted with this place.. when I 1st moved back in 2022 I felt unsafe in my apartment because the door was not properly aligned causing a draft and possibly someone could break in. You would think they would immediately fix it NO it took 2 months! The maintenance is horrible they do not clean I literally watched the guy come in my building on my ring camera spray some stuff on the floor and walk out. There is spider webs all over the place. There is no reason I should be paying so much and have to clean my own apartment building nothing about this place is “luxury”. I have had continuous mold issues that maintenance has yet to properly get under control. If I could give them ZERO stars I would! DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL BE NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTED !"

"Firstly, I would not have written a review (from this throwaway account) if I hadn't received an email saying if I gave this place 5 stars, I would get a Dunkin gift card. Not cool to buy reviews! The best thing about this place is that it is safe and near to a grocery store within walking distance. Otherwise, I am not impressed. The plus is that there is a pool. The gym that they have is only open at odd hours. The door to the tennis court is busted. We turned a blind eye to the fact that our complex doesn't even have a microwave but it is infested with cockroaches! There needs to be frequent cleanup/maintenance of the common areas because they get filthy with trash all around pretty quickly. The management at one point locked the doors while I was waiting outside their office. I heard there is a change in management now which seems to be frequent at least, unlike the maintenance."
