"I lived at this property up until about July 2019. I truly enjoyed my experience. Even at an older property, the renovations and added details around the property made it feel welcoming and homey. The maintenance team is one-of-a-kind. We got to know them personally, not from numerous requests but from seeing them around the complex. As they got to know my partner and I, whenever we had any issues in the apartment I trusted them wholeheartedly and knew they would take care of my apartment while I was absent. I also want to give a shoutout to the property manager, Kelly. Just as the maintenance team, she is one of those gems you will not find everywhere. Kelly made everything seem to easy. She understood how busy my partner and I were and learned email would be the best way to reach us soon after our arrival. Not all properties learn their resident’s preferred methods. Kelly was also amazing to work with during the one minor noise issue we did have with a new neighbor. Within days, the issue was resolved. I was saddened to leave this property after receiving a promotion at another university. Because of the caring folks all around, it almost made me cry to say goodbye. The Stevenson Lane staff will always receive top regards in my mind!"

"Very good apartment! Good location, environment, neighbor, administration...... There is a good primary school across the road. This area is also very safe. There are many Chinese visiting scholars in the community. So it is suitable for Chinese visiting scholars at JHU."

"My husband and I were in a time crunch when we moved back to MD. We unexpectedly popped into the leasing office and the manager Kelly was super friendly and was able to take us on a tour right away. She answered all my silly questions with a smile and was so helpful. We decided that this was going to be our new home! I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Stevenson Lane. We have a beautiful apartment that was completely renovated. It's a quiet neighborhood and there's rarely an issue finding a parking spot, which is rare to find for an apartment complex! Whenever we have a maintenance problem, the team responds immediately and are very friendly!! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Shout out to Kelly, Tom, and Juan for doing an awesome job!"
