I’ve been here for a few years now and she’s the best manager to come along. "I've been living at the Hills at Kenilworth since February, 2022. I have had nothing but a great experience living here. This past month I experienced a financial hardship which I shared with Ms. Martha and Ms. Sabrina. They were extremely helpful, kind and understanding. I want to thank them kindly as well as their team. Your the best!"

"I strongly recommend not to rent this apartment. They never solved any issues showing up. Roof was leaking. And After moving out, They still asked for cleaning fee but obviously we have paid the deposit that covered $1000."

"Update: The recent management has an automated answer for almost all reviews: that the problem was from the previous management which is absolutely not true.... I had my lease with the previous management; however, the new management are even worse, they are lazier, liars and scammers. I went through hell and through collection for money I didn't owe ( I didn't get any notification from any those managements that I owe any money after I left plus, I have plenty of proof that I showed either by text messages and emails from the previous leasing office manager which her name is Yolanda that I don't owe any money but actually I was waiting for my security deposit check that they owe me, that I didn't get till today). The new management, that definitely you have to avoid, is the office leasing manager and her name is Sabrina Lentz (who do not have any time for your problems and if she does, she is full of lies that she will take care of anything and follow up on your case.). The actual review: I can't believe google rating is 2.8, this place should be less than 1 star if possible. How many times you read this while you are reading the reviews. But, let me write it one more time for you just in case if you missed it: DO NOT LIVE HERE, THIS IS PLACE AND ITS SCAMMERS(I MEAN MANAGEMENT) ARE HORRIBLE. run away before losing your mental health. Reasons: I relate to all the issues written by different reviewers.. I got them all.... if you moved here, your life and money will be impacted as well."

"*There has been a recent change in management, if you look at my emails some will say Colony at Towson Donaldson management. Same apartment complex, just a different name.* I have been living here for a year now (September 2020). The workers in this establishment are nice, but it takes forever to get things fixed! I haven’t had a working dishwasher since May 2021 and my front door has been jammed for over a week now (Aug 24,2021). The front door being jammed is a fire and safety hazard because if there’s a fire I can’t open the door from inside, and if I just leave my door cracked anybody could come in. Also, the A/C units aren’t as strong between late May - Mid August. With my A/C on set to 68-72 degrees my apartment would still reach temperatures of 79-83 degrees depending on how hot it is outside. If my A/C was off temperatures would get to 88-92 degrees. I’ve been staying at my sister’s or washing dishes at her place more than being in my own apartment! Lastly, they don’t respond to your emails. I will send an email and not hear any updates until I physically go to the leasing office myself. It gets annoying when you have to go to the leasing office to get updated on information about your apartment constantly to just get the run around that things will get fixed and it’s not. It’s a great first apartment to learn life in, but I would never recommend anyone to move here."
