Not only has she been patient and understanding during a lease transition, she has went above and beyond to communicate with my partner and I about unit details and options to ensure we find the best fit for us. Michael, answered all questions and inquiries swiftly and professionally. 10 stars to him as well! This community is one of the more affordable in the area, however they have not sacrificed cleanliness or comfortability in achieving that. No community can be perfect by any means, but the leasing office does strive to ensure that the residents have an almost perfect experience and are attentive and willing to help!"

"Everything has been going great in my year here. My lock broke the other day around 8PM and emergency maintenance was able to help me out big time. Bernard was able to get my door open and replace my lock/keys quickly during the late night. Very helpful!"

"Living at Eagle rock was truly a pleasure. The Management was prompt and professional. If you rent here, you will have ample living space, as well as great amenities. The price of rent is fair for the quality and location. Although we had some issues to start, those swiftly got resolved by the maintenance team. If you live here, you can expect great service, and a wonderful place to live. Additionally, if you are a college student, resident parking is free!"

"My time at eagle rock is coming to an end but I wanted to give a shout-out to Michael and the overall new management team versus the one I had when I first moved in. They have always been super courteous and responsive. In addition, I want to give a thank you to hector and his team for always willing to go above and beyond to solve maintenance issues. Whether it was my kitchen lights, the sink, or washer, they always came through in a responsive and respective manner. Thank you eagle rock for being my home for 2 years. I definitely recommend it! Plus it’s super convenient to have Atwater’s and Trader Joe’s so closeby, as well as downtown Towson just a few minutes away."

"The apartments are nice. The location is fantastic. The only staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so far went above and beyond to ensure the move in was smooth. She stayed late to make this happen and had a wealth of knowledge respecting the local area. She was the best part of what has been a great experience. Andrea is very kind, professional, and pleasant. She even laughed at my Dad Joke. She bolsters my confidence in this community’s having the right personnel."
