"This is quite possibly the worst place to rent from. I lived here last year and had my roommates all planned out and they switched the roommate assignments right after I made first payment. When I talked to the leasing office they said there was nothing they could do. Fast forward to this year and the same exact thing happened. This year we were promised we wouldn’t be switched again and sure enough we all got placed in separate apartments right after we made first payment. The staff is unhelpful and I would never recommend anyone to live here."
"UV has always been very accommodating place to live with many people to reach out to with questions. Yabi has always gone above and beyond on helping me understand my lease, the community, and getting my packages and guest parking passes. If you have any questions while in the office and she is there she will always be willing to explain answers clearly (and always talk about your day)!:)"

"Working with Shannon Thomas is amazing. His staff is very professional and he was able to answer all of my housing questions and I left feeling very valued as a customer. As a parent, where your child lives is a large part of the college experience, and can also be a huge frustration that I've experienced in the past. From move-in to roommate matches, the staff has been able to surpass all of my expectations. My daughter has been having a wonderful experience and she looks forward to moving back next year."
"I have had a great experience living here. They have an app to find roommates, maintenance is always available when needed, there's people on duty all the time so if you need something it will be there for you. The water might be bad though. I personally don't smell anything wrong but my friends who also live here say that it smells weird - some said like chicken, others said like feet. I got premium housing. Friends who had regular housing had a different experience at UV regarding physical apartment stuff."
