"Clean, well maintained facility! Sam is the "Dog Whisperer"! All the staff, especially Tisha and Sam, are amazing with my two dogs, Bella and Honey! Bella has anxiety around other dogs, but after just one day, she is now "boppin' around, looking all happy" with her new daycare friends!"

"I have used dogtopia several times over the last 3 years. I had less trips this year, but I boarded my dog most recently over Columbus Day weekend and then November 17-19, ahead of the Thanksgiving weekend. I picked her up tonight and my dog had feces on her butt and her tail that I noticed when walking her before putting her in the car. I called them to complain on my way home and after I had bathed her upon returning home. No one returned my calls! It is completely unprofessional to let dogs get feces on them, let alone present them like that for pick up! My dog had been fully groomed the week prior, so it was not an issue of hair length. Considering that they only had a few dogs over this weekend, I’m worried about how conditions will be for owners boarding during the thanksgiving holiday. This was completely unprofessional."

"The hours are the best! The staff are ready to great you and your dog. If you have a concern, let them know, they take action right away, don’t just post your negative comment online, bring it to their attention. They do work for you and your dog. Learning is always evolving!"

"BRUTAL staff Wayne, this place is NOT SAFE! Over the past two weeks, I have been utilizing their daycare services as I start to return to the office, and today marked our third visit. Initially, my dog Dimoo was placed in the Toybox area (for small dog) during our first week, as it was his first time at daycare. The staff members at Toybox were friendly. However, my experience took a drastic turn when Dimoo was moved to the Romper area (midsize dog). I would like to share my deep concerns regarding the treatment of dogs by a specific staff member named Wayne (front desk told me his name). I checked the camera from time to time when I was at the office. What I witnessed left me shocked and appalled, these dogs were subjected to rough handling and unnecessary aggression. Wayne seemed to have no regard and empathy for their comfort or overall well-being. The experience left me deeply concerned about the safety and welfare of the dogs entrusted to Dogtopia's care. No dog should be subjected to such harsh treatment in any daycare setting. I implore other dog parents to carefully consider this information before choosing Dogtopia for day care. Wayne's actions call into question the standards and practices of the facility as a whole."

"Our dog Harley loves it! She went regularly as a puppy up until she was about 1 1/2. She had to take a break due to knee surgery but 2 years later she back and it’s like she never left. It’s a great way to socialize your dog a s get them good and tired by the end of the day. Tysons locale has been around longer and a bit bigger than the others which we like. Highly recommend."
