"On November 17 at 4:54, I was standing in the Pharmacy Pick Up line at the Chain Bridge CVS. Because one of the two staffers who manage the two windows was taking a break, his colleague, Xavier, effectively and expeditiously managed both windows. The line was long. However, through Xavier's extra efforts and positive attitude, the line moved quickly--as if two staffers were managing the two windows! Well done. Greg Dole"
"So many things wrong with this pharmacy, Rude staff , will misinform you ! will tell u there is no prescription available, When it’s ready to pick up !! They waste your time specially with the slow service they provide!! Lastly and most importantly, I was given a wrong prescription that has someone else’s name !! I have been taken it for three weeks without noticing the details on the bottle!! I talked to Sherly -asain lady- I believe is the manager !! Told her what happened! didn’t seem to care ! and was actually rude ! she didn’t like the fact that they were wrong!! Terrible place! They Need new management system ! hire professionals !! or close all together and keep people safe !!"
