"They are too expensive! I took my puppy there last week and without informing me before hand, they charged $70 for a literal 2 minute consultation which by the way got nowhere! Your pet can sneeze and they will charge you $100 for it. Ridiculous!! I will never go there again and I don’t recommend it to others as well. 0 stars."

Any time I call about an emergency there’s long wait times and snobby client service reps. What is this place? Do you people genuinely care about animals or are you just there to make ends meet? If you don’t like your profession seek another!"
