"Went in for an interview for a simple warehouse position since I lost my job a month ago and also once before back in 2021 and both interviews were horribly done by the same guy. If you go to apply here and get an interviewer named Brian or Brian, you might as well leave. I’m over qualified to even be in a warehouse and the guy sent me home both times within the first three minutes of the interview. Can you believe the odds of getting the same interviewer twice who wants a literally perfect person to apply and won’t give you a single second to explain anything or even look at your resume? This time is as even worse because another candidate was a ex-convict and was in prison for 20 years and had a longer more thorough interview than I had combined. This guy acts like an Aldi warehouse it’s like the pentagon. Absolutely insane and definitely perusing putting a complaint on that guy."
"Very rude and disrespectful guard shack. He is a black guy just for your information purposes since the other guard shacks are not as rude as him. He works night shift. From my observation, this guy will soon knock down a driver. May be I disrupted his sleep or he was in the middle of watching a video. He was cursing and raising his voice against me for simply checking in early. He went even to an extent of reaching my shoulder and wanted to fight me. I think Aldi should hire the right people especially professional guard shacks since they meet people upfront now and then. The element of the entire human resource skills is very deficient here."
"Be ready to waste your time! Arrived early they start letting you in at 9pm! Was put in a door and finished in like 30 minutes but the paper work take 5 hours! (Still haven’t received them) get kicked out your door because someone else needs to back into it.. gotta park across door 45 to wait for a phone call for bills"
"They need to rethink they check in process, more than an hour wait until the guy finds you in a spreadsheet and retypes all the stuff that you write on paper. Cmon it’s 2023, ALDI you can use special warehouse software and make everyone’s life easier. And hire another guard check company."
"My experience for delivery was good, absolutely 5 star service. My appt. was at 2 am early morning, checked in at 12, got dock at same time, offloaded by 1 and got paperwork by 2. After delivery i did my 10 hr reset on their premises. So had no issues with overnight parking."
