"EDIT: I recently went back to the store after learning there was a change in management and had a great experience. The owner is kind and the staff is good. The prices aren't bad either. I'm happy with this experience. Previous review from 4 years ago before new management: Although the meats are good, we’ve always had bad experiences here. Sometimes the guy at the register gets noisy and looks at my balance in my card and comments on it. That gets on my nerves a lot. but today i’ve decided to never shop here again. i’ll look for another halal store because some of the staff members are petty."

"Everything is perfect in this store. Visited last Tuesday I have never seen Desi store like this it was all clean and got all kind of products there. Prices are very competitive, chicken and meat taste awesome. I wish if I could give 100 stars to this store. I think this store is under a new management and the employees there are honest and very friendly. International bazaar is my home store now. It’s little far from me but I am gonna be a repeat customer..highly recommend place."
"The store is offering quality products at less prices than other's in the area. Now, I can get halal goat meat near my house, so I don't have to travel to German Town, etc. Nice and friendly staff. Adding on to it, the new owner is energetic, friendly and the way he deal with his customer's is simply awesome! Keep up the good work!"
