"This has happened to me more than once. Do not believe the text you receive stating your RX is ready for pick-up. If you take the extra step and call to confirm your RX is ready for pick-up, do not believe the person who tells you your RX is ready for said pick-up (unless it is the pharmacist). Otherwise it is 60/40 you receive correct information. On the plus side, 60% is better than 50%."
"The main pharmacist is very good! If you need extra attention he tends to you! I will not leave giant unless he moves on to greener pastures! Thank you!"
"I went to another grocery chain first and it didn't go well. There, I would still be waiting for my vax appointment. The Giant reservation system worked well. The pharmacy staff here were busy. There was a continual line. They don't have time for chit chat, like the other store, but they are very efficient. Despite the line, the two staff had my wife an I were both in and out in under 15 minutes. I couldn't have asked anything more from the two guys behind the counter."
"Prices are great and good to pick up along grocery shopping. However their notification system of when prescriptions are ready is always delayed. I’ll call and it’ll be ready but may not get notification until a day or two later. Don’t rely on that."
"Never have had good luck here. I've had prescriptions called in three times and they never fill it until you show up... Then its a 30 minute wait no matter what. Nothing like having to wait 30 minutes with a sick kid when all either of you want to do is go home."
