I was time-constrained due to a medical condition and treatments and this team had everything ready when I arrived from out-of-state. They took the time to have specific modifications completed upon arrival to include running boards, wheel swap, tonneau cover, and window tinting. "Hands down one of the best dealerships we have ever been to, I did a lot of research and spent months searching for a truck that fit my needs and I happen to stumble across Krietz auto, from the initial info request on their website they immediately contacted us and answered any questions we had. We knew the truck was the one so we set up a time to fly out and see it in person. Our flight was delayed however they still had a driver pick us up and take us to test drive our new truck. Dylan and Lisa made it a smooth transaction and all was painless. We drove back home 9.5 hrs and had no issues at all.
