Cartridges Galore

"I bought Pokemon crystal from this spring and the game was advertised to have a replacement battery installed. What they didn't say the battery was tested. When I checked the voltage the battery was about to die. Mind you I paid over 150 for this game. When I went to the store to see if they could replace it with a battery I was met with a worker who didn't care about this issue and changed the angle on me. Didn't know I was going to argue semantics with a grown adult. Never coming back that's for sure and it's sad because they have interesting items."

"Here I sit, with my ink and quill, all that comes to mind is Cartridges Galore. What a beautiful establishment with a treasure of a man working behind the counter, James. I've visited this store numerous times, every encounter getting better than the last. James comes prepared with everything you could think of involving video games...When the hero himself Isn't available he has his own sidekicks (very friendly staff) who are also there to help. Just today I saw it sitting there, a Super Mario golf VIP badge beneath the golden lights of the display case. James was busy doing awesome hero stuff so his extremely talented staff member Yoshi helped me get it out of the display. I left that store feeling happier, my day instantly better, a weight lifted off of my shoulders....as I know am the proud owner of a Super Mario golf VIP badge. I cannot recommend this store enough, from the bottom of my heart. If you need video games and more, shop at Cartridges Galore. Thank you James and staff, yours truly - Trevor.
