"Hulu now offers an AYCE which includes hot pot and BBQ. You cook both on your table. They do not have the highest quality food but for $35 dinner or $27 lunch, it was a great and satisfying meal for the three of us. Recommended."

"This restaurant is very big, modern, clean, and the waiters are very attentive. I’ve always imagined eating Chinese skewers would be more street style and casual, based on the modern chinese dramas I’ve seen, but this restaurant brings eating skewers to a classy scale. The cool bbq machines at the center of each table turns the skewers automatically. It’s my first time seeing that (keep in mind, it’s also my first time eating Chinese style bbq skewers at a restaurant ;) This experience was very pleasant. We ordered the skewer sample, enoki cabbage, rice cake with brown sugar dessert (reminds me of Japan and Taiwan mochi desserts) eat that dessert while it’s still warm. It was so delicious. As for the skewers, the marinated beef was the best but I wouldn’t say it was amazing. The lamb skewer was good too, but my friend makes the best lamb skewers in the world, so it’s hard for anyone or restaurant to compare. The squid was good and goes for $1.50 each skewer. The tendons and chicken gizzards were too chewy. The chicken was ok, not really memorable. My favorite dipping sauce was the cumin powder dry mix among the 5 sauce options they gave to each person at the tables. I dipped my corn and meat in it and it was so good. The enoki mushroom cabbage dish was spicy with numbing sechuan peppers. It reminded me of spicy hot pot that we’d have at family gatherings. It was homey and delicious. There were some clear glass noodles on the bottom of the dish. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience. I wish there was more meat per skewer to get more bang for the buck! We’d definitely come back with friends and family!"

"Tried this place because of Groupon and it was worth it! Everything was great and the service was great too. The inside is surprisingly very nice. And our server was super helpful and attentive to us throughout our meal. There are tons of options when it comes to food. The menu is online through a QR code. And apparently there’s karaoke upstairs!"

"I am very disappointed in this place due to the quality and quantity of meat for the price. The interior of the restaurant is nicely designed and fairly large but it’s definitely targeted and built with a more modern chinese BBQ set-up. I came on a Friday night and there were several tables opened with only a few parties seated. The grill is high-tech with a rack that moves back and forth that spins the gears on the skewers so that it automatically cooks evenly when you put the skewer down. There is also a separate flat grill for the chicken wings and vegetables. The staff were young and friendly, but sometimes they put skewers on without asking if we wanted more to be cooked, didn’t specify which meats they were grilling, and other times let the vegetables or meat overcook and burn. For a party of two, the combo is almost too much food that some of it was wasted. However, most of the food is in the sides and there aren’t that many skewers. The skewers are definitely not worth the price because the freshness of the meat is average and the chunks of meat are so small that it’s difficult for them to stay juicy after grilling for 5-7 minutes. Some of the marinades are also not that flavorful, but they do come with dipping sauces(yum yum, salsa, and soy-based) as well as Chinese bbq powders(cumin and pepper) that will add more flavor. The beef noodles were fine since the broth was comforting and tasty but the noodles were not hand-pulled and it came as one bowl for two people to share. The tinfoil tilapia was spicy and flavorful but the portion size was small. My favorite skewer was the chicken, since the lamb and beef were just what you would expect. Another frustration was that all the food in the combo came at once in the beginning, from the appetizers to the skewers to even the dessert. It made it difficult to be served the food at the right temperature since when we made our way around to certain dishes such as the noodles they were already cool. It was a new experience since there aren’t many Chinese BBQ locations around but definitely way too expensive for what it came with."

"Our first time at the restaurant and we loved the experience. I love the concept of ordering in here. You order food through your cell phone by scanning the QR code. Add all the items to the list and order. It's pretty cool. The service is awesome as the servers would stop by and help with the skewers. All the good items were good except for the eggplant and fried rice. We ordered shrimp fried rice initially, and it was really good. Then we reordered the fried rice, and it was super salty. We had to request regular rice to add to the fried rice, but it was still salty. That kinda offset the taste buds a little bit. The eggplant skewer wasn't cooked all the way, so it was hard to eat. I ordered 2 teas and they were really good. We still had a good dinner, so overall, do check them out."
