"The last two times I have come here and gone to a cashier to checkout out and ti have had the displeasure of having someone named been Lucienda (or something like that) ringing me up and she's does not have a welcoming attitude at all. I understand the day may have been long or maybe she just didn't want to long me up but that is absolutely not my problem to deal with. If she doesn't want to be there then she shouldn't be. I'm just trying to grab my items and go. I can do without the hostility."

"We were inside the store for about 10 min before the store closing, of course we didn't wanna go that late but we needed to go. When it was 9:55 (we were there for 5 min already) they started to announce that the store was already closed, and they came to us (the "manager" and this other guy BIRAT saying that we needed to leave and that they could not wait for us to finish, because it was already past the closing time. I understand if it's like half an hour after, but it was 10 pm exactly and I told them I was gonna finish and it was just gonna take me 5 more min, they were really rude to me, I ended leaving 2 of my items because of these 2 guys. I will never go back to that store, and honestly I work with customer service for more than 15 years, I still do, and these guys need TRAINING for sure, that is not good customer service at all, hope someone above them can see this and do something, because Im pretty sure these 2 guys don't know how to well serve their customers, they are there just for the money and don't care about nothing else. I can't give ZERO STARS because google doesn't allow me, but that is what they deserve. The "MANAGER" and the other guy "BIRAT""
"Great new giant! The prices here are very reasonable and even more so when you use a phone number for their rewards program. There is always ample parking and now there are electric car chargers in the parking garage on the first floor. There is a Starbucks inside and clean restrooms. They have an extensive sales section with great options for those on a budget."
