"I would rate this location zero stars if it were possible. I've been here multiple times and usually I don't interact with anyone because I know what I'm getting (not that they employees would bother to engage the customer anyway). The most recent visit will be my last. I went into the store with a simple print job 45 minutes prior to closing. Eight pages and I knew what color paper and quality I wanted. The individual working the print services station proceeded to tell me that he would not print my eight pages as they were trying to close the store. I would urge everyone reading this to contemplate what your employer would do if you refused to work the last 45 minutes of your shift. This guy could easily have printed my pages in less than 10 minutes, but he refused. Office Depot is already hurting financially and this guy is turning away money. Do not come to this location for your office needs. They don't want your business."

"I've been printing our annual holiday letter at Office Depot every year until December for close to 15 years. It's just 200 color two-sided copies, pretty straightforward. I apply a corporate discount card to give me a significant discount on the total price. After a terrible experience at the Chantilly location, I went directly to Fairfax and thankfully had a positive experience. It was a Wednesday evening, store was quiet, 2.5 hours before closing. I walked right up with my file on a USB drive, and the Print Center employee printed my letter in under 10 minutes. She said the new corporate purchasing card rate is a flat 30% off, which is something new for 2023 and double what I paid last year per my receipt, but that's not on her. I thanked the woman profusely for handling my print job immediately and alleviating some of my holiday stress, especially after what I encountered at the Chantilly location. I'll be taking my business to Fairfax from now on!"

"Just stopped in today and had the pleasure of being helped by Mike (The Sales Manager) in the printing department and all I can say is, I will ONLY be coming back to this location after the 5 star service I recieved! We walked in and had a HUGE printing order and Mike took his time and was extremely helpful in ensuring that our entire order came out correctly! Their was a few people in line but he was transparent with everyone and made sure all were happy and at ease. I have not seen a better manager run a store with such a great attitude! I live in Herndon and came out here when their is a location closer to me but so glad I did! I will be returning and recommending this location to everyone I know! Happy customer!"

"Great location - visited to print resumes and interview prep, as well as get the needed supplies (resume paper, a leather fold-out with a notepad, etc). Was able to use the printer with ease using the email option. Left the store feeling really prepared and supported. Thanks to the associates for all of your help!!!"
