"I ordered clothes for my twins to be shipped to store. I didn't put an alternate person for pickup because i was sure i was going to be able to pick it up but god had other plans and i was in a terrible accident. I asked their dad to pick it up and sent him the email to show for pickup and they denied him to pick it up even after be called me. Even tho he had ID, the order number, my name etc. Now i have to wait another week for them to cancel the order and then another week to get my money back. They should have kept the one in Owings mills because the unprofessionalism and uncompassionate people at this Towson store do not make for good customer service."
"I love TCP. The staff is super friendly at this location especially Ryan. They have downsized their location a bit is probably the only downside. However I always find something when I go into this store. Very organized and clean."
"Their selection for toddler boys is very limited and they can be slow at times. Manager is really good though. No bathroom for kids."
"Cheap prices and free shipping. The actual store has too many clothes that I couldn't find the clothes that I was looking for. I don't really like some of the materials they have. It looks nicer on their website but in person doesn't meet my expectations."
