"I visited the shop today and as I was walking up to the door a staff member that was inside immediately opened the door half way, got his head out and stopped me from approaching the door by saying that they’re “not taking any new clients”. When I asked if I needed to book ahead of time he said that they’re fully booked “today, Monday, Wednesday and every day” because they’ve been in business for 25 years and now they only service their old customers (even though I saw at least two kids that looked younger than 10 year olds waiting inside). Not sure if discrimination or not, but if you claim to be an exclusive barber shop that only agrees to service a specific clientele you should go ahead and put a sign on the door with this statement, refrain from being accessible to the public by removing your exterior store branding and take the shop off Google Maps."
