They made the time to be at the restaurant at the same time as the windows were removed and got the equipment in quickly and at a very reasonable cost. We will always use Andys in the future! "It seems the sales side of their business gets good reviews. My experience with their purchasing department wasn't so good. They pitched an offer at us, we took the offer without straight away without countering. They left us with a smile, saying their truck will come by to pick up our stuff and give us a check. They flaked on us. So we held everything they asked for, at our expense, and at the inconvenience of the business that was waiting for the space we were clearing out. Andy's never notified us that the were just kidding, so we only found out we were waiting for someone that would never show up when we reached out again to ask them when they would be sending the truck. If you make a deal, stick to it. If you can't manage that much, give a curtesy call to the people who are holding what you asked them to hold."
