"As a long time regular customer of the Liberty Plaza location, I had signed in online on 12/6/23, and when I arrived I was #2 on the list, which is perfectly acceptable. I was checked into the salon, but my name disappeared from the list. I'd asked about that, and I was put back on the list, however at the bottom. I didn't think much of it at the time, as I figured the stylist who'd checked me in was aware of my place in line. The #1 customer was taken and after about maybe a 10 minute wait, I was expecting to be next in line. However though, a customer who was checked in online after me was accepted before me. I asked why I'd been skipped, I was told that I "must've gone absent" and I would have to wait another 30 minutes to be taken, nevermind the fact that I literally saw my own name on the screen when I walked in, and it was apparently mistakenly deleted from the list. I have a busy schedule today, and was not about to wait another 30+ minutes for a mistake that was not my fault. I will not be returning to this location again, especially if this is how a good customer is going to be treated. They've lost a loyal regular. I'll happily drive a little further to go to a different location rather than return to the Liberty Plaza location."

"Nicole was phenomenal with my son. I have a 4 year old boy. I took him to the salon in Hubbard with no luck. They were rude and cold. I said lets just try one more place. He walked in to Great Clips with tears in his eyes and walked out with confidence and a lollipop. She was so patient and kind. So thankful for Nicole, she made our day!"
"I usually do my son's hair but my clippers broke so I took him in to Great Clips and Nicole cut his hair. She did such a great job and was so nice! I definitely recommend her and we will be going to see her again! Thank you so much Nicole!! Edit: so far I Love everyone I've had at Great clips!!"
"I asked for a specific haircut for my son, (the place was highly recommend so I went), they didn’t gave him the cut I asked for but not only that they didn’t even gave him a line up, he looks worse now than before the cut. Very disappointed"
