"This picture if you see in the background behind the African American gentleman who's working hard are the two people standing around the lady with a gray hair watched him suffer with a line of greater than nine walked up and called for somebody else and walked away. This is what's wrong with America's Workforce is you put lazy people in charge and they help no one that poor guy probably doesn't make more than 10 bucks or 13 bucks an hour. As we walked out and he was trying to hurry and get everybody checked out these two just stood around staring at the door I called for their firing"
"This store was very disorganized, and with the exception of loss prevention and the dressing room attendant, all of the staff was rude. When you go down the aisle, a lot of things we're misplaced and some items open . The cashier was very rude. I spoke to her, she ignored me. Then she balled up my clothes and tried to put all 13 of my items in one bag even when I asked her not too. I repeated myself and she wanted to debate with me about it. I don't want a heavy bag and I asked politely. I won't be back"
"This store is disappointing! Every time I go it’s a complete disaster! I am an avid Ross shopper but don’t waste your time at this store!! The employees are rude and look down at you. Today the employee acted like I was bothering her when I asked for a dressing room. She smirked at me and told me they don’t open until 10am. No where in the store does it say that! What clothing store opens but the dressing rooms stay closed until later in the day? It’s weird! The entire place is filthy and unkept!! So disappointing!! Zero stars for this store! Don’t waste your money! TJMAXX is right down the road- at least the employees are kind there!"
"Ross stores are nice for finding a last minute dress for any occasion. Shoes too. It's just too bad they can't keep the clothes and shoes organized. The number of messy shoppers probably makes for a difficult task keeping the store straight."
