"There is NEVER anyone stationed at the cash register. Literally, I have to wait 3-5mins every time I go in to get a cashier. There should not be a bell to ring for a cashier. It’s a mess, ALWAYS! If there is someone working there is only one Person and the line is crazy. There always seems to be something annoying when I have to go in there. Get it together general manager."

"I had the most disrespectful experience with Lindsey at the Dollar General in Waldorf, Md (Festival Way) location. So I accepted a DoorDash order and entered the store. I completed the shopping oder for the customer and began to place the items on the belt. I informed Lindsey this will be a DoorDash transaction and she rudely replied "what I don't feel well today". I was caught off-guard, and continued to check-out. Well the DoorDashcard declined the purchase and Lindsey started yelling "oh lord, I'm gonna have to call my manager". Before I could reattempt she walked away. She returned with the manager, they voided the transaction. Mind, there was no other in line at this time. I was passed. I grabbed the bags, place them in the cart and steeped aside to contact DoorDash. As Lindsey took the next customer, me and the DoorDash rep overhear Lindsey telling the second customer I was her problem and she us not feelng well. It took every once of humanity and my granddaughter presence not to jump over the counter. NowI have my items back on the belt, Lindsey says" what did you want to do now"? I replied I'm making a purchase if it's okay with you. She mumbled and began scanning, the states " I'm not begging anything until this goes through." The DoorDash rep apologized to me for the card decline matter , but also my personal attack and experience from Lindsey at Dollar General. In conclusion, Lindsey did yell loud enough for the entire store to hear "Have a nice day-you hear me". My response was simply you work on having a better day. I am requesting a follow from a corporate level manager, since I could not get an answer (after 4 calls) from the local store. Although I did find all 12 items for the DoorDash customer, tis experience was rated as poor. Lindsey displayed no customer service and was not a good representative for the Dollar General franchise. This woman should not report to work irritable. I filed a claim with DoorDash as well."
