"One employee named Lorraine has poor customer service. I have asked on three occasions not to call me and she continues to call. Very rude, I actually heard her talking about me when I called back and asked for a manager, she lied said she was the only manager I could speak with."
"I don't usually leave reviews, but this store and the manager need to be called out. Went to Rent-A-Center (Waldorf, MD) today after receiving a text this morning from them informing me that i have $400 for return credit. I was pleased with the service I received last time I did business with them, so I wanted to rent from them again. When I got there, the employee was incredibly rude with me and the manager sent him away and then immediately accused me of stealing the processor from the desktop i rented from them 2 months ago (I didnt). They even turned the pc on while I was there last time to make sure it worked and it did. The manager cussed at me, told me I was stupid to show my face there, put words in my mouth, and was overall disrespectful to me. Its crazy that he went straight to calling me a thief, no questions asked. Completely unprofessional."
"Horrible place to work horrible place to rent from managers are rude disrespectful and not really helpful they also don't pay their workers like they are supposed to go to any other rent a center not walder the store Manger is lazy and emotional as well as the credit manager the sales manager makes fun of customers do NOT rent here or work here I heard multiple complaints from other customers about them"
"Clean store, but complete second hand embarrassment when the manager and sales associate began arguing about inability/refusal to do certain tasks. Please keep arguments away from potential clients, it’s very unprofessional. Wanted to rent a certain set for a party, the atmosphere became even more negative once the manager learned of this. Can’t order anything except what’s in the store, a couch set had a certain price and when I asked her about it, she said it was incorrect. Well why is it on the couch? Though they required a month up front for short term rentals, it’s not actually a month. She said the furniture would be delivered 4 days later and they would have to pick it up 3 days before the end of the contract month. So that’s basically 3 weeks for a monthly rental. I won’t use them again."
