"Good deals, but terrible eye doctor. Extremely rude. I said “Excuse me” so so I can ask a question regarding the exams, and she in a very loud and angry voice yelled at me “WHAT DO YOU WANT!?!” All her coworkers looked at her crazy and frightened. If this is the behavior that is accepted, it will definitely make the Sam’s Club environment worse. Many of the employees seem to hate being there, but at least they don’t yell at people for no damn reason. Do better Sam’s Club"

"We had the worst experience with one of the employees making us feel uncomfortable and waiting for us outside of the store threatening us, and telling us to no come back to store because apparently we were disrespectful by not showing him our membership card when we first came in, as we explained him that we come there every week and no one barely asks for our card and he took HIS SWEET TIME to watch us and wait for us outside of the store. Yes it was reported to a manager that does not look like a manager by the way!! And I doubt that she spoke to him about it. Inaceptable, unprofessional and intimidating."

"I have been a member at Sam’s club for many years but upgraded in 2021 to a membership which cost $110 to renew. Benefits of this membership is supposed to apply 2% of eligible purchases in the form of credits to my purchases. For “technical reasons” several months ago, the register shows the credit but blocks application of this credit to my purchases. The cashiers, customer support and store management at two Sam’s locations have been unable to resolve this issue. They tell me they have seen this problem before but not able to resolve it. I do not receive the benefits of my purchased membership. After spending hours on the phone calling the number that they gave me, I get cut off and transferred multiple times. The last person i spoke to in India sounded helpful & mentioned she was sending the problem to the IT department. She said someone would contact me to resolve the problem. This was well over a month ago. Because if this problem, I have definitely decreased making purchases at Sam’s. I realize my membership is now up for renewal but I need to receive the benefits of an upgraded membership. There is non existent customer support to resolve ‘membership technical’ glitches."

"This review is for the bakery department only. **update I decided to change the rating review as the policy of not taking tier 2 cakes orders over the phone has changed. A baker at a different location took the time to explain the reason behind this policy. First “orders must be at least two weeks in advanced” Now it’s “oh we don’t do two tier cakes over the phone”. I’ve gotten cakes from Sam multiple times at the Laurel location never had an issue placing orders over the phone and even a week before an event."

"Sam's club and Costco are pretty much the same. Whole sale shopping at its best. Discounted gas prices with lesser wait time than Costco. Pharmacy, bakery, produce, candies, clothing, opticians, car/tire fix, Christmas decorations, electronics and big TVs, jewelleries, etc."
